the crowded Tal Irbid's 2017 down town, faces a crucial problem of gentrification. since the majority of residence are leaving their homes searching for better services which lead the downtown to unsafe and unlivable space at night.

 the concept came out to renew the situation of downtown through taking it for the futuristic needs in 2050 by creating a vocational environment that teaches the modern technological techniques of the existing craft, then to supply the local market by them.

 also the intervention covers the need of open spaces through creating a plaza that serves the historical places, which is provided by virtual realty technology experience
